Storage questions
How big is a vault?
Each vault is 5′ × 7′ × 7′ (about 245 cubic feet). You only rent the vaults you need — a few items or a whole house.
Can I visit my stuff anytime?
No — this is private warehousing, not 24/7 self-storage. There's no public access. That's what keeps your things safe and private.
What if I need something out of storage?
We bring your vault down to our dock for you. An hourly warehouse manager fee applies while we open, assist, and reseal it. Please call ahead.
What should I keep with me?
Before storing, you sign that you're not storing passports, IDs, birth certificates, important papers, medications, cash or jewelry you'll need. Keep those with you.
How do I know my things were stored right?
We inventory every item and photograph each loaded vault. You can see it all in your storage portal anytime.
Is it climate controlled?
Our warehouse is insulated and temperature-regulated, so it won't get freezing cold or burning hot. Furniture stays wrapped in moving blankets the whole time.
Is my stuff covered while stored?
Yes, your stored items are covered by our insurance. Ask about Full Value Protection for high-value items.
What can't go in storage?
Food, plants, propane, gasoline, paint, chemicals, firearms and ammunition.
